How to Activate Your Warranty

To ensure your product is covered, please fill out and submit the warranty registration card included in your package. This must be completed and sent to Wave Point® Technology within 30 days of purchase to activate your warranty.

Warranty Coverage
  • If a defect arises from normal usage within the first year, Wave Point® Technology may choose to repair, replace, or adjust the product as needed.
  • Only properly registered Wave Point® products qualify for warranty service.
  • If you encounter an issue after the initial 30-day guarantee period, please contact us directly for assistance. Do not return the product to the retailer, distributor, or supplier.
What’s Not Covered
  • Lamps are not included in this 1-year warranty.
  • Shipping, installation, or removal costs associated with warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Warranty is void if the product shows signs of:Misuse, tampering, negligence, or abuse
    Incorrect installation or improper maintenance
    Exposure to excess moisture, water damage, or salt buildup
    Failure to use a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI)
Additional Warranty Terms
  • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Coverage includes parts replacement and labor, but does not extend to incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to:Loss of life, personal injury, or property damage
    Damage to equipment, lost income, profits, or savings

Wave Point® Technology offers an optional 3-Year Premium Extended Warranty for customers who want extra peace of mind. This extended warranty can be purchased online within 30 days of your original purchase, before the expiration of the 30-Day Product Guarantee. It provides coverage for all major parts and labor for a full three years from the date of purchase.
